Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects related to the Point X Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives, drive project execution, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Manage project execution to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
• Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure successful project delivery. Facilitate collaboration and resolve conflicts as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and industry best practices.
• Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring proper change control processes are followed and impacts are communicated.
• Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, including key metrics, progress updates, and risk assessments. Maintain comprehensive project documentation for future reference.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing large-scale, complex projects, particularly in technology or platform development.
• Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to tailor approaches to specific project needs.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams to achieve project goals.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Risk and Change Management: Expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and change management processes.
• Tools and Technology: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a technology-driven environment, particularly in software development or platform-based projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with royalty platforms such point redemption.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
