Community Marketing Manager – Point X

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to drive our digital marketing strategy.

A successful candidate will have a good understanding of online and social media marketing. He/She will have extensive experience leading and implementing digital media strategies to target and engage with online users.

Job Description;

  • Create community marketing, social media and communication strategies that will help build an engaged and strong community of Point X customers and be responsible for the implementation.
  • Be the face of the community, whether online or at physical events, and evangelize about what the community can do to help our target audiences.
  • Plan and execute marketing, social and communication campaigns to drive active user growth and follower by providing engaging text, content, and related effective marketing materials.
  • Create a process to onboard new users so they get the most out of the community and are more likely to stick around.
  • Build and seed social content to create awareness and educate our users in a creative and engaging way, as well as to benefit brand’s SEO.
  • Organize and participate in events, both online and offline, to build community and boost brand awareness.
  • Moderate community driven content and help surface great user driven stories to the wider community.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with community leaders, influencer and KOLs, and empower them to add more value to the community.
  • Establish a framework for getting feedback from the community, using these insights to improve the community and respond to those comments and queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with BD team, Product team, Development team and Marketing team to stay updated on new products, features, and campaigns, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on community KPI’s.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends.

Qualification;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on digital campaign management, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Proven work experience as a community manager or related role.
  • Experience of creating and growing a community.
  • Experience of creating a community strategy from the ground up.
  • Customer centric approach, demonstrable content creation skills to engage with community.
  • Excellent written skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
