Key Responsibilities;
- Develop the frameworks and manage the end-to-end policy and process of learning and development for the employees at all levels.
- Work closely with each CPO to identify and address the needs of functional-specific development programs.
- Collaborate with talent management and people solutions teams to derive holistic learning and development programs.
- Develop and drive the tactical initiatives in people development that align with the annual people’s agenda of the company.
- Oversee the learning management system and conduct data analysis to develop bottom-up insights that feed into the strategic planning of the human resources group.
- Regularly engage with the external service providers to explore new development interventions to support the workforce transformations as defined in the people strategy.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related filed.
- 5 years of experience in L&D, OD and HRBP would be a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, influencing and prioritization skills.
- Be a fast learner and able to work independently under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment with minimum supervision.
- Strong MS Excel and PPT skills and be familiar with Success Factor system.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken.
