In 2021, the organization introduced new ATM features to provide visually impaired individuals with the ability to independently and securely carry out financial transactions from beginning to end, with greater convenience. These new ATMs, which have been piloted at over 5,700 locations nationwide, incorporate a specially designed keypad on the screen that provides audio guidance, explaining every step of each transaction.
