These encompass areas such as Learning Agility, Change Management, Platform Business Design, Customer Experience Creation (UX Design), which are essential for career advancement in future job roles. Importantly, this learning community is open to the public, allowing interested individuals to visit and study without incurring any costs.

SCB Academy proudly presents a vibrant community for individuals who have a keen interest in exploring the tools and techniques employed in personal development. One noteworthy aspect is the emphasis on metacognitive skills, which play a pivotal role in enhancing brain efficiency. As part of our collaboration, we are privileged to partner with Dr. Barbara Oakley, the esteemed creator of the widely acclaimed online course titled ‘Learning How to Learn: Powerful Mental Tools to Help You Master Tough Subjects.’ This course, renowned as the most popular language learning program worldwide, is now available for the first time on the Coursera platform.

AI on Cloud initiative to enhance workforce potential

Recognizing the imperative of integrating artificial intelligence technology (AI) into business operations to bolster long-term competitiveness and generate added value, SCB has joined forces with the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), Microsoft (Thailand), and the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) to launch a comprehensive program aimed at fostering AI skills among personnel and the workforce. This initiative not only enhances employment prospects but also expedites the integration of AI-capable individuals into the industry, ultimately driving the establishment of a New S-Curve for the Thai economy. Each lesson within the program includes thorough testing to ensure that the knowledge, techniques, and skills imparted are truly responsive and aligned with the learners’ needs and the demands of the labor market. The project has garnered significant interest, with over 200 individuals expressing their desire to participate.

Learning courses for executives and personnel of Siriraj

To enhance the capabilities of executives and personnel at Siriraj Hospital and equip the organization with the agility to navigate rapid changes, SCB and the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital at Mahidol University entered into a memorandum of agreement in 2022. This agreement facilitated the organization of training courses by SCB Academy, specifically designed for the executives and personnel of the Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital. These courses are centered around cultivating 21st-century skills and encompass three key areas:
1) Foundation Courses that concentrate on nurturing power skills and the mindset necessary for supervisors in the digital age.
2) Executive Program specifically designed to cultivate change leaders who can drive exponential growth.
3) Lean Evangelist for Siriraj is a train-the-trainer course for personnel working in the lean field to learn the principles, techniques, and tools of lean speakers
with more than 700 participants.
