Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Marketing Communications Executive to develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional copywriting skills, a keen eye for design, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. This role requires a strong ability to craft engaging headlines, develop compelling brand stories, and effectively communicate creative concepts to design teams.

Responsibilities;

  • Develop and execute creative copywriting for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to:
    • Compelling headlines and taglines
    • Engaging social media content
    • Persuasive website copy
    • Print and digital advertising copy
    • Promotional materials and collateral
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, target audience, messaging, and tone.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop creative concepts and provide clear art direction.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment across all channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., business development, commercial, product, etc.) to support on integrated marketing communications efforts.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content to optimize performance.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging marketing channels, and creative best practices.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 3-5 year of proven experience in copywriting and content creation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop compelling headlines and taglines that capture attention.
  • Excellent understanding of brand identity and messaging.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., content management systems, social media platforms, design software).

Preferred Qualifications;

  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
  • Experience working with digital marketing channels (e.g., paid advertising, email marketing).
