Job Description:

As the Senior Strategy and Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Your ability to work across a wide range of responsibilities with a positive attitude will be essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and initiatives.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to expand the company’s market presence.
  1. Product and Market Expansion:
  • Work closely with product owner and product development teams to align product offerings with market demand.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with marketing, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive execution of business strategies.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across all departments.
  1. Financial Oversight:
  • Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives and business development activities.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure alignment of business strategies with financial goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or a related field, preferably within the tech or mobile app industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business strategies and closing high-value deals.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
