SCBX is seeking a visionary and strategic Organization Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) Lead to drive transformative talent management initiatives and create a culture of continuous learning and growth. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent landscape and driving organizational success.

Learning and Development (L&D) Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with SCBX’s business objectives and values.
  • Lead the development and delivery of engaging learning experiences, leveraging diverse learning methodologies.
  • Collaborate with group companies to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies and platforms.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with external thought leaders and industry experts.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using robust metrics and data analytics.
  • Foster a learning culture that encourages curiosity, experimentation, and knowledge sharing.

Succession Planning Responsibilities:

  • Establish a systematic approach to succession planning, identifying critical roles and potential successors.
  • Develop and implement robust succession planning processes to mitigate risks associated with key talent transitions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate regular talent review meetings to discuss succession plans and assess progress.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of succession planning initiatives.

Talent Management Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of innovative talent management programs.
  • Implement a comprehensive talent review process to assess talent strengths, gaps, and development needs.
  • Drive the development and implementation of a competency framework aligned with SCBX’s strategic objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on talent management matters.
  • Collaborate with HR partners to integrate talent management strategies with other HR processes.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives.

As an ideal candidate, you possess:

  • A proven track record of successfully leading and transforming OD and L&D functions in large, complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development, with a keen understanding of best practices and emerging trends.
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks, talent review processes, and succession planning programs.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align OD and L&D strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and drive change.
  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field is highly desirable.
