Job Summary:

In this role, you will be integral to managing and interpreting data to generate valuable business insights and support decision-making. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, creating effective visualizations, identifying trends and patterns, and offering actionable recommendations to enhance performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, structure, and analyze diverse datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights through effective data processing development and awareness of data security.
• Employ critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and provide effective solutions that drive business improvements.
• Apply foundational data science techniques to build and test predictive models, perform hypothesis testing, and support advanced analytics initiatives.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support decision-making.
• Work with cross-functional teams including business team and engineering team to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Use statistical techniques to perform data analysis and possibly create predictive models.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor data integrity and perform routine quality checks to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of data science concepts and techniques is advantageous.
• Self-learning capability with a proactive approach to acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Effective task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork abilities, with experience working collaboratively across departments to achieve common goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data tools and technologies (e.g., Spark).
• Experience with data platform technologies (e.g.,Databricks).
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
• Experience working in loyalty program, e-commerce or banking.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to resolving data-related issues.
• Proficient in mongo DB and strong query command of db.
• Experience in connect with many sources of data such as. Firebase, Google Analytic, Apple store, Play store or other analytic tools.
